What a journey it's been to reach this moment in 2023, and I'm genuinely grateful that we're here together!

Like most of you, I cherish new experiences, eagerly anticipating the joy and excitement each one may bring. However....these adventures don't always unfold as I hope, but according to Adam Grant's 'Hidden Potential-The science of Achieving Greater Things,' our perspective on situations allows us to experience them as either threats (here we typically give-up) or challenges (here we show grit, regroup or try differently). And it's this perspective that will determine whether we persist or languish (see pic below.. :))
